What are the best states near North Carolina to have a short vacation?
i want to have a short vacation for my birhday with a friend or two and my mom and i wanted to know what states near north carolina are the best for the price i either want to go to virginia, tennessee, or south carolina but it has to be affordable and what attractions are there in the state. IMPORTANT!! my birthday is in January. so that might be difficult but if anyone can help i thank you.
